Business hours emergencies:

Depending on our availability, we are often able to see your pet for an emergency visit, and we always do our best to fit them into the schedule. We do ask that, if possible, please call us prior to coming in for an emergency. This allows us to prepare our staff and veterinarian for the medical condition your pet may be in, as well as allow us to be ready to assess your pet’s stability as soon as you arrive.

Please be aware that the walk-in exam fee is $100, before tax. This does not include diagnostics or treatments.

If we do not have any available appointments at the time of your arrival, we will see urgent cases on a walk-in basis based on severity of the condition. If appointment slots are full and if your pet is deemed stable, we will work you into the schedule between regularly scheduled appointments.

We may direct you to the nearest emergency center if your pet’s condition is very severe, or if our veterinarians are performing surgery, or otherwise unable to provide immediate and extensive care.
