Appointment All the Vet. Offices were booked to far out for my puppy’s needs. Bernillio pet center was also booked but they called me back because they had a cancelation! I was seen right away and they were also the closest Vet. to my house! And super nice too!

I love the treatment the vets & staff of Bernalillo Pet Care have given our cats & dogs!!! They treat them as if they are their own pets, very gently and with compassion.

We left IL 2.5 yrs ago and wanted to find as good if not better veterinary services. I’m very pleased to say we’ve found them!!!

A great per hospital. From check-in to check out the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They explained everything for us and answered all our questions. Pricing for services are very reasonable. They took great care of us on a hard day. We thank them for their compassion and professionalism.

Bernalillo Pet Care Center was a life saver! In this time of covid craziness, my cat was having an emergency and even our regular vet would not make time to see him! The emergency vet clinics wanted us to wait for FIVE hours outside in our car!! In desperation, I called all of the vets I could find and Bernalillo Pet Care Center did what I would have thought any vet clinic would do, which was make room in their schedule for a pet with an emergency!

They got us in within an hour from when I called. Even though this clinic is out of the way, from where I live, I will ALWAYS come back to them for any of my pet’s needs.
The staff was wonderful, friendly and caring! They have a great system in place that lets you actually go into the exam room with your pet and actually speak face to face with a vet. (which is a rarity these days too!)
The vet was amazing! Super knowledgable and HAPPY to answer all of my questions. I’m sure she was busy, but she didn’t seem rushed at all.

The cost was incredibly reasonable!
All around a great experience! Any my cat is doing great!
